Early Dismissals

We know that sometimes “not having anything to do” can lead to poor choices. The Live Well Mendota Prevention Action Team recognizes that early dismissal days can leave young people with limited activities or supervision. That is why our team hosts events for local youth on these days.

This year, we will offer a drop-in center where young people can participate in activities and spend time together. A $5 lunch meal deal will also be available.

More details are coming soon.

Explore New Interests

Each year, the Live Well Mendota Prevention Action Team creates opportunities for young people to explore new interests such as sewing, painting, disc golf, and more. Staying active and discovering positive interests can help young people avoid negative choices.

These opportunities are typically offered during early dismissal days, school breaks, and summer. We appreciate the volunteers who share their time and talents with local youth.

Check back for future opportunities.
